Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upon successful payment for any premium digital product or service offered by Lovapetly, a legally binding transaction is created between the user and Lovapetly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel a transaction only if the purchased premium service has not yet been delivered or activated. Once a premium feature or digital service has been successfully activated, the transaction cannot normally be cancelled.
Refund Policy
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, made a duplicate payment, or did not receive the purchased premium service due to a technical issue, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the transaction date.
How to Request a Refund
Please provide the following details:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting screenshots or documents (if applicable)
Refund Review
Every refund request is reviewed individually. Lovapetly reserves the right to request additional information before approving or rejecting a refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or your bank.
Non-Refundable Transactions
- Premium services that have already been activated.
- Refund requests submitted after the eligible refund period.
- Incorrect information provided during purchase.
- Change of mind after successful activation.
- Violation of Lovapetly's Terms & Conditions.
