Introduction

By accessing this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between Lovapetly ("Merchant", "we", "our", or "us") and the User ("you" or "your"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Platform.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power and authority to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws.

Definitions

Platform means the Lovapetly mobile application, website and related services.

Merchant means Lovapetly.

User means any individual using the Platform.

Transaction means any payment for optional platform services or premium digital services offered through the Platform.

Payment Instrument includes UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and other supported payment methods.

Merchant's Rights

Lovapetly may collect, store and process information necessary to provide services, operate the Platform, process payments through authorized payment partners, communicate with users, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, comply with applicable laws, respect other users, and use the Platform only for lawful pet adoption related purposes.

Pet Listings

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Lovapetly may review, reject, suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Payments

Payments for optional premium digital products and services are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways such as Instamojo. Lovapetly does not store complete card details, UPI PINs or banking credentials.

Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading information.
• Harass or abuse other users.
• Upload malicious software.
• Conduct illegal pet sales.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Lovapetly is a technology platform and is not responsible for adoption outcomes, user disputes, pet health, financial losses, indirect damages or interruptions to the Platform to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Reviews

Users may submit genuine reviews based on their actual experience. Lovapetly reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, abusive, unlawful or misleading.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Lovapetly Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
